Working alongside class teachers and support staff, you'll help create a positive, inclusive environment where every student can succeed. Key Responsibilities Classroom Support: Assist teachers with lesson delivery, supporting students individually or in small groups.Individual Support: Provide tailored help to pupils with additional needs, ensuring full participation and progress. Behaviour Support: Promote positive behaviour and help maintain an inclusive, engaging classroom environment. Resource Preparation: Support with preparing and organising learning materials.Flexibility: Work across different classes, year groups, and subjects, adapting to each school's needs. Qualifications&Skills Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is preferred but not essential. Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships. Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working in new environments.
