We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Caretaker to join our busy academy facilities team – a diligent site operative with the skills to liaise and work alongside the Premises Manager, cleaner, other staff and external agencies.

You will be part of an exceptional and supportive team of professionals dedicated to ensuring each day counts for the children. Your role will have an impact on the future of our students and will be central to the decisions and services we provide.

This opportunity is at The Carlton Junior Academy (staff are proud to work at the school. Ofsted 2024). We seek an individual who is proactive, engaged and motivated to help the academy continue to excel. In return you will receive support from the academy community, experienced site staff and central teams within the Trust.

We are looking for someone excited to be part of this partnership, with operational site and people skills that will make an asset to our team.
