Corporate Solicitor, Sheffield

Sue Ross Legal are recruiting for a Corporate Solicitor on behalf of our client, a well known and established firm within the centre of Sheffield. To be considered for this role you should have be at least 2 years PQE (however this is just a guide and candidates with more or less experience may also be considered) within Corporate work with a particular emphasis on IT/IP work. Our client will also look at Senior Solicitors who have their own client following. You will be joining a strong and respected team of Fee Earners and your role will include; * Providing information, advice and working on IT and IP matters * Registering trade marks or design rights * Applying for patents and copyright * Handling intellectual property litigation * Conducting due diligence * Advising on database and IT rights This is an excellent opportunity to join an award winning team and to develop your knowledge and experience further.
