Protocol Education are looking for Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants with Team Teach training. These roles are to work with students who show challenging behaviours to help support them with a complete approach in dealing with those behaviours. The aim is to build encouraging relationships that lead to necessary outcomes for the children in the school. These roles are mainly on a 1:1 or group basis for all key stages and across the SEND spectrum, including learners with ASD and SEMH. All roles are immediate starts.
