This innovative provider has a requirement for a Home Manager (RGN/RMN/RNLD) for their home in the Sheffield area. This home provides specialist care to individuals with complex needs and those with Dementia. This provider is seeking a Home Manager (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to oversee the running of the home and ensures its continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. The Home Manager in Sheffield will oversee an experienced and established staff team and effectively motivate and develop the team to provide the very highest standards of care. The Home Manager in Sheffield will ensure person centred care is conducted in a safe, warm, and friendly environment and everyone receives tailored care to their individual needs. The Home Manager in Sheffield will be responsible for assessing potential admissions with the support of the Matron to ensure their needs will be met and prepare appropriate care packages. The Home Manager in Sheffield will need to have significant experience of leading nursing and care teams and be able to demonstrate a calm leadership approach and have experience of working in nursing home settings with individuals with complex needs. The Home Manager will need to be nurse qualified with active PIN and ideally hold relevant Leadership and Management qualification for Health and Social Care.
