Education World are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant who specialises in behavioural management to work for a good Primary school to work on a 1:1 basis with their students. Following recent government guidelines, you will be most likely be working with an assigned bubble or working 1:1 with a specific student. Experience in Classroom support is vital, and we are looking for an ASAP start. This role requires someone who is calm and can think quickly on their feet as some of the students have Social, Emotional and Mental Health issues (SEMH). You will be creating a safe environment that allows the children to have fun, learn and succeed. You will need: A DBS which is on the Update Service, we can support you through the process of applying for one if you do.
