REF 21043 - MATRON RGN/RMN/RNLD - SHEFFIELD AREA - INNOVATIVE INDEPENDENT PROVIDER - SPECIALIST NURSING HOME - £50-60k Forest Care Selection are working with a regional forward-thinking provider of Complex Nursing and Mental Health/Dementia Care. This innovative provider has a requirement for a Matron (RGN/RMN) for their home in the Sheffield area. This home provides specialist care to individuals with complex needs and those with Dementia. This provider is seeking a Matron RGN/RMN to lead the clinical team and work alongside the Home Manager. The Matron (RGN/RMN) in Sheffield will oversee an experienced and established staff team and effectively motivate and develop the team to provide the very highest standards of care. The Matron (RGN/RMN) in Sheffield will deputise for the Home Manager and assist in the running of the home in their absence. The Matron (RGN/RMN) in Sheffield will need to have significant experience of leading nursing and care teams and be able to demonstrate a calm leadership approach and have experience of working in nursing home settings with individuals with complex needs. The Matron (RGN/RMN) will need to be nurse qualified with active PIN and ideally able to start promptly and registered on the DBS Update Service.
