Fire Design Engineer Yorkshire / M62 Corridor£35,000 – £42,000 Basic Laptop, phone, bonus and holidays My client is a well-established organisation within the Fire and Security industry. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced Fire Design Engineer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and expanding company within the industry.The Role The role will be both home and office based , with occasional site visits across the Yorkshire and M62 corridor region . You will be responsible for managing projects ranging from£50,000 to £5 million , taking them from initial design through to installation. Your responsibilities will include designing, drawing, pricing, quoting, and overseeing projects through to completion . Experience using AutoCAD will be required for this role, along with FIA design qualifications .Projects will primarily involve fire alarm and detection systems , but may also include CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems , so experience within the wider fire and security sector would be beneficial. Experience / Skills Required Fire system design experience FIA design qualificationsExperience using AutoCAD Knowledge of fire and security systems Full UK driving licence Experience managing projects from design through to completion In Return My client is offering a competitive basic salary of£35,000 – £42,000 , along with a company laptop, phone, bonus scheme and holiday package .
