From daily cover to short and long-term roles, we'll connect you with schools that suit your preferences.

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
• Assist with learning across the primary curriculum
• Help maintain a structured and positive classroom environment
• Adjust quickly to new schools and classroom settings
• Encourage pupils' progress both academically and personally

• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or with children in a school setting
• Experience supporting pupils across primary age groups
• A patient, flexible and proactive approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to support positive behaviour and classroom management
• A genuine passion for helping children develop and succeed
