This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to join us at a pivotal time and help shape the future of our home.

Your Role

As Registered Manager, you will:

• Lead and inspire a committed team to deliver outstanding care and positive outcomes for children
• Ensure compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain readiness for Ofsted inspections
• Manage placements, referrals, and individualised care plans
• Oversee budgets, resources, and staff development
• Promote a culture of safeguarding, safety, and holistic development

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential childcare within the last 5 years
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted requirements
• Full UK driving license
