Location: Crafted at Powdermills

Crafted is a series of life-friendly hotels and spaces where guests can be themselves and fill up on the good stuff: nature, food, wellbeing, craft, people and play. The first location is Crafted at Powdermills, East Sussex, opening summer 2025.

• Deliver smooth, confident service across the pub and restaurant
• Take orders, run food and drinks, and support the guest journey from start to finish
• Support the team by stepping in wherever needed—running, clearing, resetting
• Engage with guests with warmth and ease, matching the mood of the space
• Communicate clearly with chefs, runners and managers to keep things flowing

• A natural sense of pace, warmth and good humour
• Confidence to learn on the job and ask questions
• Attention to detail and pride in delivering great service
• Availability for evenings, weekends and peak shifts
• A collaborative approach—happy to muck in and help out across the team
