Role: Roving Veterinary Receptionist

Location: Park Vets, Sidcup

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

• Work across all surgeries, including varying branch times and lunchtime closing.
• Provide an exceptional, welcoming service to clients and their pets.
• Manage appointments, handle enquiries and client communications.
• Support the smooth operation of the practice by working with clinical and non‑clinical colleagues.
• Use computer programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Learn new skills and support service developments and improvements.
• Maintain excellent listening and communication skills and work well under pressure.
• Travel between branches using a roadworthy car and a full UK driving licence (particularly on Saturdays).

• Experience within the animal industry is desirable but not essential.
• Strong customer‑service focus with professional, welcoming manner.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Willingness to collaborate and support colleagues.
• Roadworthy car and full UK driving licence.
