• Trusted Advisor: Act as a strategic partner, deeply understanding client needs to deliver bespoke recruitment solutions.

• Proven recruitment experience, ideally within the doctors temporary sector.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in building rapport, handling objections, and negotiating successfully.
• Exceptional communication: outstanding oral and written communication skills with a natural ability to connect and engage with people at all levels.
