What You Will Do
  • Provideperson-centred supportto clients with alcohol addiction, helping them work towards individual recovery goals.
  • Develop and reviewrecovery plans, ensuring they align with each client's unique needs and aspirations.
  • Deliver1:1 and group sessionsto help clients understand and manage their alcohol dependency.
  • Completerisk assessmentsand support plans to ensure proper interventions are in place.
  • Offeremotional and practical supportto clients, empowering them to make informed decisions and take control of their recovery journey.
  • Liaise withexternal agenciesand healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including medical, mental health, and social support.
  • Manage a caseloadof clients, ensuring regular reviews and follow-up support.
  • Maintainaccurate recordsand case notes to comply with regulatory and organisational standards.
  • Participate inmulti-disciplinary team meetings, collaborating with colleagues to provide holistic client support.
  • Provideharm-reduction adviceand create a safe, non-judgmental environment for clients.
