Tesco Colleague Nights - Sleaford Superstore, Quarrington

Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked.

We can only accept candidates over the age of 18 if the role requires working before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm or involves working in areas such as the warehouse, beers, wines and spirits, counters, bakery and driving roles.

Availability windows: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 22:00 to 07:00. Minimum weekly hours are 12, with a guaranteed 16 hours for new colleagues. Shifts are scheduled within these windows and you will receive three weeks’ notice of exact shift times. Flexible scheduling is supported if your availability closely matches these windows.
