Power Platform Consultant  Berkshire To £50k + MS Training + Structured Career Development   **Remote Dleivery/Workpshops + Office collaboration** The company: Our client is one of the most highly respected and longest standing Microsoft Inner Circle Partners in the UK.  A multiple Microsoft award winning bsuiness and Gold Partner with multple competencies, they have teams of consultants (Business Transformation and technical) at all levels across Business Applications, Modern Workplace Productivity and Cloud. They are also still looking to build out their consulting teams and are very much in a continued planning and growth phase even after 20 years !!!   What will you do: You will be required to work independently with customers to analyse their requirements, design, and implement a solution using the Modern Workplace Suite focussing on Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Bi and M365 and you will  be able to work autonmously supported by a Senior Consultant and often a project manager on large engagements. The responsibilities: Advise customers about appropriate Microsoft solutions in a variety of sectors acros Modern Workplace Suite and Productivity , specifially Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Bi and M365 and SharePoint (useful to those that know) Create project related documentation, including Functional and Technical design specifications, process maps, data dictionaries and data migration or integration mappings, and much more !! Conduct system health checks as required. Champion the use and knowledge share of third-party add-on products to the Modern Workplace suite which can enhance our customer delivery. Train customers on the usage and administration of Modern Workplace technology solutions. Build relationships with our customers in order to maintain communication and manage their expectations with regards to product functionality and delivery. Present and facilitate at hosted Modern Workplace events and Power Platform specuific events (web and when the world allows again, sometimes at site). Contribute ideas to the team. Some skills you need: Experience working with the Modern Workplace Suite (Power Platform, SharePoint), preferably in a consulting role and with good experience in at least one of the technologies. The ability to understand and manage customer expectations. Ability to solve analyse and solve problems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A team player willing to share knowledge and input ideas. Self-motivated and confident to work independently and reomotely. Good general IT skills with varied experience of different virtual environments. Some skills we'd like: Experience of requirements gathering and business process mapping. Either a degree in a related subject or experience commensurate. SharePoint Online experience inclduing Apps + Flow experience
