Operations Manager (FTTH/ FTTP) Slough, Berkshire £40k - £50k This is a new role that has just been created by my client a tier 1 engineering contractor. You will be responsible for the management of telecoms FTTP infrastructure installation, including civil, cabling, splicing and testing. Coordinating with directly employed supervisors, planners and street works coordinators and PM's to ensure operational programme and financial deadlines are met. Skills & Experience: - Management Experience - Financial acumen - Understanding of programming FTTP/FTTH network Build. - Relevant Fibre & Telecoms training to current standards. - Management experience. - Knowledge of Deponet - Knowledge of RIDDOR. - NRSWA accreditation to supervisory level - Knowledge of MS office package - Results orientated
