1st Select are currently needing X 3 Domestic Energy Assessors to carry out SAP Energy assessment and condition surveys of social housing properties in and around Windsor for a 3 month contract. Our client is a building consultancy who is responsible for delivering a large programme of condition surveys and RDSAP assessments on social housing properties, capturing information utilising asset management software on a handheld device.
