Shift Leader Maintenance Engineering - Critical Data Centre - Slough, Berkshire An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Shift Leader to join a new contract within one of the fastest growing divisions of this industry leading critical services provider. The successful candidate will provide technical support and leadership across the shift, whilst required to maintain and monitor the building services infrastructure of a Data Centre. Job Specification: * Leadership across the day and night shift team * Responding to any reactive and the planned maintenance to plant throughout the Data Centre. * Monitoring the BMS and provide appropriate responses upon alarm activations. * Strong understanding of LV and HV electrical systems, data hall cooling/humidity, BMS systems monitoring, UPS, generator systems, electrical installation and safe systems of work. * Ensure strong communication to the client and management team. * Manage workload and distribute accordingly * Carry out works in accordance to health and safety procedures Salary & Package * £46,000 - £48,000 Per Annum + Annual Bonus * Continental Shift | 7 -7 | Days & Nights * Overtime Rates at x2.0 * 20 Days Annual Leave * Pension, Training and Career Progression The Person: * City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering * Current HV -AP (Essential) * Competent High Voltage knowledge * Demonstrate strong communication and people skills * Able to write report and carry out quotes. * Career driven, looking for the next step in the career ladder * Smart and presentable. * Ex-forces considered This is a great opportunity for the right individual to take the next step in their career with a well established maintenance provider.
