Night Care Assistant - Bank, Monkspath

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you will help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. This casual, part‑time role offers flexible working and involves supporting residents with daily living tasks, providing companionship, assisting with food and drink, following care plans, and ensuring one‑to‑one time with each resident.

Provide person‑centred care and support to older residents, follow individual care plans, assist with meals and medication, support mobility and personal hygiene, maintain a safe environment, record observations accurately, and communicate effectively with the care team and families.

• Experience caring for older people.
