What you will do:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and families, identifying needs and potential risks.
• Work collaboratively within the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub, liaising with police, education, health professionals, and partner agencies.
• Develop and implement effective safeguarding plans to protect children and young people.
• Provide advice and support to families to help them understand and reduce risks.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date case records in line with departmental procedures.
