Job Title: Air Conditioning Engineer Location: Static Site West London Salary: Up to£50,000 The Role We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join the engineering team at a large static site in West London. You will be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of air conditioning and mechanical building systems, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance on air conditioning systems Respond to reactive maintenance requests and fault finding tasks Diagnose technical issues and carry out repairs across HVAC equipment Complete engineer reports and maintain accurate maintenance recordsEnsure compliance with health&safety procedures and permit-to-work systems Liaise professionally with clients, contractors, and on-site teams Assist with sourcing parts and coordinating required works About You City&Guilds qualification in Refrigeration&Air Conditioning or equivalent Strong background in maintenance of mechanical and HVAC building systems Good understanding of health&safety and risk assessment procedures Excellent communication and customer service skills Flexible, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one Whats on Offer Salary up to£50,000 Stable static-site position in West London Opportunity to work within a professional engineering environmentOngoing training and development TPBN1_UKTJ
