This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative at Sanjeev Jewellers, located in Southall. The Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewellery, providing detailed product information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the visual appeal of the store, managing inventory, processing transactions, and building long-term relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty.

• Proven sales and customer service experience with a focus on building client relationships
• Knowledge of jewellery, especially in 22k gold and diamond products, or a keen willingness to learn
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle transactions with accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Hindi, Punjabi) is highly advantageous
• Previous retail or jewellery sales experience is a plus
