Registered Manager Role : Manage a small residential service for adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs, profound learning disabilities. The Registered Manager, is required to lead a team of support staff and provide direct staff supervisions and support plans and legislative frameworks. The purpose of the Registered Manager role, is to take responsibility for the day to day running of the service and to manage and supervise your team effectively. You will have responsibility for ensuring best practice is promoted and implemented at all times and to ensure that relevant quality standards are maintained at all times. Work towards exceeding CQC requirements Ensuring support plans/ risk assessments are maintained and adhered to Promoting and ensuring compliance and a consistent approach to policy, procedure and legal requirements Be able to form professional positive relationships with customers to support them to continue to live full and rewarding lives. Skills/ Attributes Diploma Level 5 Health and Social Care Experience as a Registered Manager in a residential home
