An excellent opportunity for an experience Production Manager to join this highly successful food manufacturing business with a fantastic reputation. We need to find a hard-working Production to be a hands on manager for this small, extremely busy food manufacturing business with a great reputation and commitment to ensure order fulfillment- on time -every time. THE PRODUCTION MANAGER will report in to the directors of the business and will be responsible for overseeing production of goods. Other key responsibilities will include: Monitoring production system for food safety and health & safety. Analysing and streamlining production flow. Analysis of sales and related production volumes. Efficient production planning. Overseeing staff performance and training. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE will have a strong background in the food industry in a Production Manager role. Candidates must have strong communication skills as well as intermediate to advanced skill in Microsoft Office - Excel; Word; and particularly Access. Other key skills: Experience working in a BRC environment.
