Futures Recruitment is looking to recruit an exceptional candidate to join our client's Retail Services division as an Analyst in the utilities sector to complete transactional and administrational retail processes on behalf of self-supply customers, whilst assisting Senior Retail Services Analysts with analytical tasks. Key responsibilities for the Retail Services Analyst: * Managing the switch process/customer on-boarding at transactional level. * Debt reconciliation for transfers * Intelligent benchmarking * Uploading customer budgets * Management of exceptions/VIP sites * Budgets * Opening or Closures - switching accounts * Project work * Margin Analysis To be considered for the Retail Services Analyst role you require the ability to demonstrate a high level of numeracy and analysis skills with advanced excel experience and have a forensic attitude, be methodical and have an ability to prioritize tasks.
