Internal Account Manager - Mobile, Lancashire

We?re on the lookout for a new Mobile Internal Sales Account Managers at Elite Group. Established in 2000, Elite Group has grown from a humble telecommunications company to an award-winning technology provider for business customers across the UK. To be successful in this role you will require previous mobile experience, drive to succeed and the want to achieve. Working as part of a team, you?ll directly manage a portion of the Company?s mobile customer base, and ensure regular communication is maintained between yourself and our customers. You?ll be expected to begin to grow your customer base through cross-selling a multitude of products and services. The basic salary for the role is £20,000 - £22000 with an uncapped commission structure. We?re looking for someone with: * experience working with mobile contracts, mobile sales or mobile tech * organisation and prioritisation skills * the determination to learn about technology and new products * excellent communication skills, verbal, written and face to face * the ability to put customers first * the want to put customers first. Ideally, we?re looking for candidates who hold a degree, or an equivalent qualification. Previous experience working on computer systems would be desirable. Graduates will also be considered.
