We are looking for a Digital Environment Lead who will develop and implement processes within the IT function. Responsibilities As a Digital Environment Lead you will be reporting to the Test Environment Manager and will be in charge of the following duties: * Elicit environment requirements and create/review environment strategy * Manage the booking and scheduling of all test environments in conjunction with other Environment Management Leads * Responsible for forecasting environment requirements based on anticipated demand from multiple application delivery teams * Ensuring control of environment usage and establishment of robust calendar of use * Responsible for carrying out impact assessments on all projects utilising the test environments for releases and outages * Escalation point for all Project Environment Issues and communicate to all stakeholders on usage, contention and environment availability * Responsible for feeding into release planning forum, scheduling and managing E2E data refreshes * Ensuring a catalogue of available Application, Integration and Infrastructure Components and environments is maintained * Maintain log of all environment status to ensure fit for purpose/early warning of maintenance, etc * Ensure environments are operational, work with support teams to ensure environment issue resolution * Responsible for communicating application issues and agreeing fix activities for environments with Pre-Production Support Team Manager * Manage integration between shared applications * Ensuring an environment RAID log is maintained and responsible for escalating issues and risks in a timely manner * Communicate and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels Qualifications * Ideally 5 years? experience working as Digital Environment Management * Experienced in working in Agile and Devops methodology * Experience in AWS and cloud Environments * Knowledge of automated pipelines * Ability to produce concise and objective summaries of complex information * Ability to deliver under pressure and to tight timescales * A positive and flexible approach required to operate in a constantly changing environment * A flexible approach to day to day tasks with an ability to manage multiple deliverables across a variety of stakeholders * Ability to demonstrate effective stakeholder management This is an exciting opportunity to join our global business.
