Electrical Maintenance Engineer | Oxford Circus, West End, London | £36,000 | Monday to Friday Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer? Do you have experience working within high end commercial properties? We are currently recruiting for a multi-skilled, electrically biased engineer to work independantly across the landlord areas of a prestigious commercial office building near Oxford Circus. Technical duties will include; Wiring / Re-wiring, Emergency lighting, Lighting, sockets, circuits, Single and 3 phase power, Control panel maintenance, Transformers, Fault finding, Testing & Inspection, AHU'S / FCU's (filter changes, belt changes, coil cleans), generator tests, chiller checks, boiler resets, pumps, motors, BMS monitoring, general baric / building services duties across the premises when required.
