Certifying Officers, West Lothian

ASA's well know public sector client is looking for Environmental officers to join a dynamic team in West Lothian or South Lanarkshire. The successful candidate will deliver export certification in approved establishments ensuring that products exported meet the requirements in accordance with the export health certificate. Responsibilities: - Assess export documentation and additional information including attestations and other compliance data received - Inspect and assess products presented for export - Verify potential fraud opportunities relevant to the industry - Cascade technical information as required in regards to export certification to colleagues - Manage practical training of new Officers - Establish and maintain productive work relationships with stakeholders at all levels Requirements: - Knowledge and understanding of HACCP - Knowledge and understanding of export requirements - Knowledge and understanding of the principals of certification - Ability to gather analyse and interpret relevant information to make sound, justifiable and workable decisions - Ability to build, develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members and other stakeholders If you are interested in this Environmental Officer role, please apply by clicking the link below!
