Deputy Manager Grantham £40,000 per annum 100% Supernumerary J53822 I am delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager to deputy manage a medium service in Grantham, the home offers high-quality residential and nursing care. You'll be joining a well established and committed team. The home has a fabulous reputation with the local community. My client is looking for someone with a passion to delivering excellent healthcare. As Deputy Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the home working alongside the Manager. Your key responsibilities will centre on management of staff, care delivery to residents, recruitment, training and ensuring that the home is run in accordance with company and CQC policies. Job Requirements for the Deputy Manager: ? Working with elderly/dementia residents. ? Possess good, strong leadership skills and works well as part of a team. ? Have a strong personality and the desire to succeed ? Provide clinical leadership for the nursing team. ? Comply with employment legislation & the company's employment procedures. Skills/ Qualifications for the Deputy Manager: ? Elderly / Dementia experience. ? RGN OR RMN qualified. ? Fulltime and flexible. ? Have a positive attitude towards improving Standards of Care. ? Possess good, strong leadership skills and works well as part of a team. ? Have a strong personality and the desire to succeed. ? Management experience. In return the successful candidate will receive a fantastic salary of £40,000 per annum. The role is 100% supernumerary.
