Employer Engagement Manager, Southampton

We are working with a training provider who specialise in delivering IT apprenticeships and commercial training. They deliver training in Network Engineering, Software Development, IT infrastructure and Cyber Security to name a few. This training provider is looking for a Business Development Manager to come on board and work closely with the management team to help drive business growth in the Hampshire/Solent area. They have huge potential for growth of their provision and are well positioned within their sector. The Role- Employer Engagement Manager The successful candidate will be responsible for: * Prospecting, generating and winning new business. * Meeting with clients in the Hampshire/Solent area. * Working in a 360 capacity. * Working the existing CRM to generate new business from previous clients. Also generating new business and building relationships with new clients. * Growing the IT provision in the South. * Hitting KPIs, targeted on learner starts per month. * Managing your own diary. The ideal candidate will have: * Experience selling apprenticeships, with a good track record. * Previous knowledge of IT apprenticeships. Location: Home based role. Travel to clients neccessary in the Hampshire and Solent area. Package: The basic salary is up to £30,000. Commission structure based on learner starts per month
