Job Title: International Business Development Manager Location: London/ Southampton/ South Coast/ M4 Corridor Package: £45,000 - £55,000 Basic salary (based on experience) Uncapped Commission, Car, Mobile, Laptop, Pension Industry: Shipping Security Systems/ Maritime Security Technical Solutions/ Superyacht Security Systems The Role: * Source, plan and conduct face to face calls with prospective customers within the Oil & Gas/ Offshore Floating Structures markets * Present a number of Shipping Security Technology solutions at board level to potential prospects * Maintain & develop (minimum weekly) the CRM system * Make recommendations to management relating to forecasting/budgeting and pipeline strategy * Remain engaged with customer to maintain relationship and ensure ongoing success of account * Follow up and respond to sales leads and routing orders generated by overseas partners * Attend training sessions created to enhance relevant knowledge and skills Experience Required: * 3+ years experience in the Shipping Security industry, selling into the Oil & Gas sector * Excellent communication skills in English * Self-driven, autonomous & results ? orientated individual with a positive outlook and clear focus on high quality and business profitability * Proven ability of creating long-term relationships with key decision makers and overseas partners * Highly credible, mature individual with strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate at all levels * Excellent face to face and telephone communicator * Available to travel extensively to meet international clients Package on Offer: The successful International Business Development Manager will be rewarded with a basic salary of between £45,000 to £55,000 (based on experience) + Uncapped Commission, Mobile, Laptop and pension.
