AAT Tutor/Assessor - Hampshire/ Berkshire (Part Time), Southampton

We have a fantastic opportunity for an AAT Tutor/ Assessor to join a specialist, private training provider based on the South Coast. You will be responsible for delivering the AAT & Accountancy qualifications up to L4 to a range of learners. This role is being offered on a part time/ freelance basis, with the potential to go full time and permanent in the future, and will be remote delivery from home. Key Responsibilities: * Supporting a caseload of learners through their AAT apprenticeship qualifications at levels 2, 3 & 4 * Progressing learners through their qualifications by coaching, mentoring and assessing * Offering information, support and guidance to learners as required * Preparing learners for EPA * Maintaining all documentation as required The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Accounting/ Finance, teamed with a real passion for learning and development. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to innovate and inspire learners to achieve their potential. Qualifications: * Assessing or Teaching qualification / award (Essential) * Accounting qualifications/ certifications to L4 * Possess or working to a minimum of level 2 standard in English, Maths and ICT Salary & Benefits: * Salary of £35,000 - £40,000 (Pro rata) depending on experience and qualifications plus benefits package
