Account Director - Medical Education agency, Buckinghamshire

This Fix are helping a medical education healthcare agency find a new Account Director to join their team, this could be a SAM ready to move up or an entry level Account Director to join them? The candidate will take full ownership & responsibility for half a dozen accounts. They will be supported by Account Executives & Account Managers, however they will be expected to roll up their sleeves and manage some of the projects themselves as work load is always very high. They will also be fully responsible for guiding & training the junior team & have good strategic input into all the projects. The ideal candidate wIll need to provide regular reporting to the Director but they will not be micromanaged and will need to take full responsibility and ownership of their accounts. They will be expected to grow their accounts by 10% year on year. Perks are good! Salary range is £50-65k depending on experience. Bonus is 10% of salary. 30 days leave, plus 1 day extra for Christmas and half a day for the birthday month. Time in lieu policy is in operation as we respect our staffs time. £15/month phone allowance New working from home policy, will only need to work in the office 2 days a week post covid , you will need: Preferably a Biosciences Degree.
