Quality Assurance Manager Nantwich

Prospero Health and Social are working in partnership with a leading Children's Residential Care Provider who are looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Manager to be based in their Head Office in the Nantwich area. Position provided meets certain criteria and thresholds of acceptability. Additionally you will be required to plan, direct or coordinate quality assurance programs and formulate quality control policies. You will also work to improve the organisation's efficiency and profitability by minimising expenditure and monitoring company spend. Quality Assurance Manager Location: Nantwich Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 per annum dependant on experience Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm The successful applicant will play a crucial role within the organisation by ensuring the care It is a requirement that all applicants meet the below criteria and possess the following: NVQ/QCF Level 5 Leadership and Care Services (Residential Childcare Pathway) Level 4 NVQ Registered Managers Award / Level 4 in Leadership and Management for Care Services 5 years' experience in a senior role within the residential childcare sector Knowledge of regulatory framework applicable to England and Wales Car driver with use of own vehicle for work Benefits Genuine passion and interest for providing the highest possible levels of care to vulnerable young people In return for the above, the organisation are willing to offer a competitive salary within a reputable organisation and the following benefits Pension Auto-enrolment 'Pay Care Scheme', this is a company health care benefit.
