Higher Success are seeking experienced construction recruitment consultants for a role in Southampton. My client, a well established construction agency is activly recruiting Freelance Tecnhical Recruitment Consultants and Trades and Labour Consultants. The role; * Registering relevant candidates * Compliance, contracts and administration relevant in starting candidates * Adverting and marketing roles on job boards, social media and other channels * CV sourcing * Telephone interviewing * Negotiating with clients * Business development to bring in new clients * Actively approaching talent in the market Your experience; * Ideally 2 years plus recruitment experience in a 360 consultant role in Technical, Engineering, or Construction related field. * Senior Recruitment Consultant level ideally * Demonstrated experience bringing in new business and accounts * Strong billing and placement history * Ideally local recruitment experience You will need experience in at least one of the following markets; * Design and Build * Architectural * Trades and Labour * M&E * Technical * Engineering * Rail * White Collar * (other relevant markets) Your attributes; * Tenacious and proactive * Ability to manage own desk, in terms of planning your activities, identifying targets etc. * business/commercial acumen * Good customer services * Excellent verbal and written communication * Polite and professional * Self motivated * Motivated by financial incentives Please contact Emma Vata at Higher Success or apply now for more information.
