We have an amazing opportunity for an ambitious Registered Care Manager to assist with the further evolution of a reputable, ethical and quality driven Homecare Company who are be based in the Kent. This role has enticing career opportunities as the Company business plan is extremely lucrative, looking to evolve further in the not too distant future You will be in a key role working alongside the Directors to deliver operational excellence, first class service delivery and customer care while providing exemplary leadership to our highly motivated and caring team. The Ideal Candidate You will have already been successful in delivering high operational standards of Homecare in the community and be completely comfortable in implementing and applying CQC policies and compliance standards You will think strategically, consider yourself an innovator and be hungry to contribute directly to the success of the business to ensure an unrivalled ethical and person centred service. You will be a positive, professional and engaging individual with the strength of character to proactively lead by example. Your people skills will be well developed and you will embody and promote within your team the key personal qualities of kindness, compassion, honesty, integrity and resilience. Essential Criteria ? NVQ/QCF Level 4 or above in Health and Social Care and working toward Level 5 ? Must have experience as a Deputy or Registered Manager in a Domiciliary Care agency ? Energy and personal motivation ? Flexible, co-operative yet assertive Leadership style This role also encompasses the responsibility of care worker recruitment and training, CQC compliance and quality rating, supervision of staff team and the provision of second-to-none customer care. The Registered Care Manager must possess a 'can do' attitude, be adaptable, personable, demonstrate empathy, and also have the need to succeed.
