Night Porter, Southampton

£12.71 per hour, 32 hours per week (4 days)

We are looking for a Night Porter to join our team. Primarily, you will be helping guests with their luggage and travel arrangements, supporting the night operation, and meeting guest requests which include additional room amenities and serving food and beverages.

The variety of this role requires someone who can work calmly under pressure and be always vigilant to keep the hotel safe. Flexibility to adapt on shift and initiative to prepare the hotel for the day ahead are essential. We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and need people to work a range of shifts and days. This means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends, but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
