Estimator - Mechanical We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Estimator to join a fast-paced team environment for a leading engineering company in Southampton. This role offers the opportunity to contribute across a broad range of operational and administrative functions while supporting business growth and delivering excellent service standards. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and confident managing multiple priorities in a collaborative setting.Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the wider team Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications with internal and external stakeholders Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting systems Assist with project coordination and ensure tasks are completed within agreed timelinesSupport process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives Handle enquiries professionally and ensure a high standard of client or customer service Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support business objectives Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulationsIdeal Experience&Skills Experience with mechanical systems and or piping, any prefabricated systems experience advantageous Previous experience in a similar administrative, operational, or coordination role Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectivelyConfident communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common business systems Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional, reliable, and adaptable approach to work Experience working in a fast-paced environment is advantageousSalary£40,000 - £45,000 Hours Monday to Friday with a lunchtime finish on Fridays On-site role Benefits Company pension 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Opportunities for professional development and career progression Supportive and collaborative working environment If you could be interested in this fantastic Estimator opportunity, please apply and we'll be in touch to discuss further.TPBN1_UKTJ
