If you are a strong team player with excellent communication skills and a practical approach to engineering, we would love to hear from you.What youll be doing As a Lifting Inspection Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering inspection, testing and compliance services across a variety of customer sites and operational environments. This is a varied and hands-on role which includes: Carrying out lifting equipment inspectionsLoad testing and pull testing activities Occasional destructive testing Inspection of lifting accessories and associated equipment Supporting operations within the rigging loft Producing accurate inspection reports and documentation Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with industry standards and company proceduresDelivering excellent customer service and technical support to clients What were looking for Were looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and develop within the engineering and lifting inspection industry. Essential / desirable requirements include:Experience working within the lifting equipment industry LEEA qualifications or working knowledge of LEEA standards Engineering, Mechanical NVQ or City&Guilds qualification desirable but not essential Experience working within a testing or inspection environment Good problem-solving ability with a practical approach Strong communication skills with the ability to share knowledge effectively Ability to work independently and as part of a teamFull UK driving licence Commitment to supporting the business ESG strategy Decade to Deliver Full training will be provided, including opportunities to complete manufacturer and advanced LEEA training courses.
