Our engineering client is seeking a team leader / supervisor to run their CNC Machine shop. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and innovative business in Southampton. What skills are we looking for? Strong CNC Machining background 3 axis and 5 axis experience Previous supervisory / chargehand or team leader experienceThe successful candidate will spend the majority of time machining parts and carry out a range to setting/operating/programming on a range of CNC Milling/ Turning machines.
