We are seeking a Concierge to join our team at Harbour Hotels in Southampton for a full-time, on-site position. The Concierge will be responsible for assisting guests with bookings, providing an exceptional customer service experience, and managing inquiries about the hotel's facilities and local attractions. Additional duties include handling reception tasks, supporting reservations, and delivering personalized assistance to guests to enhance their stay. The role requires a passion for hospitality and a dedication to exceeding guest expectations.
