Project Manager, Southampton

Copello are looking for a motivated Project Manager to support the delivery of complex engineering and technology projects within a fast-paced, innovation-led environment, based in Hampshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their project management career who enjoys organisation, problem-solving, and working with multidisciplinary teams on meaningful, high-impact programmes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the planning and delivery of technical projects and change programmes
• Coordinating schedules, resources, risks, and project documentation
• Tracking progress against cost, quality, and delivery milestones
• Assisting with stakeholder communication across customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Supporting project reporting, governance, and continuous improvement activities

What We’re Looking For

• Some experience in project coordination, delivery, or PM support
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured way
• Interest in engineering, technology, defence, or secure environments
• Working towards or interested in PM qualifications such as PRINCE2, APM, or PMI
• Experience in product development, consultancy, or technical delivery is beneficial
