Registered Manager, Canvey Island

Start Monday are looking to recruit a Registered Manager for a new Children's Service openning in Canvey Isalnd, Essex. The new home will inisitally have 3 bedrooms but there are plans to increase this at a later date. The role requires you to be a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills. Leading the team to create a safe home environment for the children in your care whilst adhering to all government legislation. The role would suit either a current Registered Manager looking for anew challenge or a current Deputy Manager looking for their next career move. Staff retention and development will be also anther key part of your role. A competitive salary is offered and a paxkage is negotiable.
