Set near the seafront in Essex, this venue remains busy all year-round, catering for weddings and events, as well as a la carte guests. They use only the finest locally sourced ingredients to create dishes that keep tourists and locals alike coming back for more. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years? previous experience as a Demi Chef De Partie in a similar establishment and will work well under pressure. The successful candidate will be passionate, creative and eager to learn. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right Demi Chef De Partie to take their career to the next level in a Rosette establishment. As Demi Chef de Partie, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented Head Chef and Kitchen team, in creating new and exciting dishes for this stunning venue.
