An opportunity has arisen for anEducation Support Officerto work in the Learning Access Teaching Team, within the Medical Needs Teaching Service. The person appointed will have an innovative, solution focussed and pragmatic approach to ensure that children and young people access an appropriate educational provision.

The successful candidate will:

• be keen to work within an outstanding education service and with other professionals as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• have good communication and interpersonal skills, resilience, and an organised, calm empathetic manner
• be a key member of the Safeguarding Team
