My client is a Residential Child Care provider for looked after children, some of whom will have behavioural issues based in Southport. My client works with children aged between 12 - 17 years old. My client believes that the best way to support young people is within small dedicated homes with a maximum of 2 beds. This allows dedicated support for each young person to be the absolute focus! We are looking for a Children's Residential Support workers to join my client on a permanent basis. NVQ level 3 is very desirable. Candidate Profile The successful candidate for this position will have experience of working as a Children's Residential Support Worker. Has a willingness to learn new skills on the job and be able to work within a fast paced team environment.
