RGN or RMN, Southport

RGN's or RMN's required for a group of nursing homes based in the Southport area. Salary: £16.75ph Hours: Full or Part time hours available Service: 3 different services available to choose from. (Can discuss homes with you) About The Role The successful candidate will ensure the promotion of high standards of nursing care, by ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and the shift runs in a smooth and efficient manner. You will perform all general nursing duties, following CQC and NMC guidelines, and report to the home manager, update care plans and administer safe medication. You will provide a high standard of care and work within a team as well as on your own initiative. You must have excellent communication and written skills and have previous experience working within a nursing home or elderly care setting. Self-motivated, resilient and well-organised, you will be a team player but able to work on your own initiative. You will be dependable, able to work well under pressure and flexible to meet the needs of the residents and the home. An enhanced DBS certificate is required for this role. You must be fully eligible to live and work in the UK without the need for a work permit or sponsorship
