What you will do:

• Collaborate closely with multiple agencies to ensure effective safeguarding interventions and responses for children and families in need.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and gather and analyse information from various stakeholders to determine the best course of action.
• Develop and maintain working relationships with key partners, providing valuable social work expertise in multi-agency discussions.
• Lead and contribute to strategy meetings, case conferences, and planning sessions, offering guidance and promoting best practices.
• Compile detailed reports, maintaining accurate records to inform decision-making processes and supporting ongoing intervention plans.
